"This past Thursday my wife and I experienced a catastrophic drive shaft failure on our F-350 while towing a 5th wheel camper. Stuck on the other side of Highway 20, at 9:30pm. A family member searched for a wrecker service that could assist us. The first one we contacted offered to tow us using a chain to the next exit, leave us alone there and help up better in the morning. No thank you. Next call was to Plunk's it would also be our last call!!! Immediately upon hearing our story the driver said they would not only tow us, and our camper, but repair our truck the next morning. The wrecker arrived rapidly and had us safely off the Highway quickly. Courteous and friendly it was the first moment of calm during a stressful time. Once our truck was safely delivered to the repair shop we were driven to our hotel. We made sure to the get the address so we could get a Uber or cab to return to the shop once we were repaired and the driver told us not to worry that they would send someone to pick us up! Fairly early in the morning I tried calling to see how it was going but they were calling me at the exact same time. Mr. Louis Parker was very knowledgeable and helpful in putting everything in terms easy to understand. We had obtained a late check out and were worried that they may not be completed by that time. They assured us that we were welcome at their shop if that happened. Not only did they call back a little while later, but they were driving our truck to come pick us up. The situation we were in was horrible but, Plunk's was the best outcome I could have ever asked for!! I highly recommend if you ever need them, make them you FIRST CHOICE"

"WOW! I can't say enough about this wonderful team of people! My truck broke down on the interstate while hauling an RV for the first time with both my dogs (also their first time). We were all a little scared (not far enough on the shoulder, traffic, etc). First tow company called and said they couldn't come. I called a Firestone to see if they were open and who to call to tow my vehicles. They recommended Plunk's. A police officer stopped to check on me about that time. He called them. It wasn't but a few minutes and they were there. They were cool with my dogs, even thought they were nuts. We left them in the truck to tow and they allowed me to ride in the truck. They brought a flat bed and another truck. They loaded my truck and then hooked my RV to the bumper and hauled them both on one vehicle. When I got there, they were all so thoughtful and kind. They gave my dogs (and me) water. Looked at the truck in hopes it was an easy fix to get back on the road quickly. Turned out to be a bit more involved. I was a little overcome being alone and so far from home. They assured me I would be safe and they would take care of me - and they did! They towed the RV to an RV park in West Monroe that was safe. Offered to get me groceries or anything I needed. The next day, they brought my truck back and helped me hook everything up and then made sure I was good to go once on the interstate. They even brought a few snacks for the road. They were truly a gift from God! Never have I experienced such service, hospitality, and generosity. I don't live anywhere near Monroe, but I would highly recommend Plunk's to anyone in need of a tow, service, or parts. Just call Plunk's!"
